Lots of hardworking 8th graders attended STEM Day at the Giants game today. It was a gorgeous day to spend at the park!
We are so proud of these hardworking athletes. They truly battled this week with only 1 sub. Thank you to their awesome Coach Omar!
You always want our Tigers on your team. This week at our Community Meeting, we did a Math Facts Race. All of the performances were incredible and the ending had us all SHOOK! Look at these brilliant and supportive mathematicians.🧮
A moment for our incredible 8th grade all stars. Your tenacity, talent, courage, and humility know no bounds. You contribute so much to our school on and off the field and we are so proud of you! 📸: @jayflicks.1
One time for our cheering section who came to show what East Oakland is all about! Tigers, we are your #1 fans!
“Kids Cooking for Life” in our After-School Program. Check out our students prepping salsa, guacamole, and chips! 🍅🌶️
Our 8th grade scientists researched and presented their ideas on ocean preservation. Then, our community voted on the most effective projects. Tonight, they presented at the Marine Mammal Center to pose their solutions. Way to go, Tigers! And shoutout to our hardworking science teacher, Ms Farre, for making this all happen. 🔬🐠
